A silly list

I got this from a friend in the US, hence kept it in English, as my reply was in English.

Anyone with nothing better to do can consider themselves tagged. And by all means, write in Norwegian if you want. I just can’t be bothered to translate it.

Yes. My great grandmother
2. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU CRIED?
Uhm. Not sure. When I had to move home from Brazil I was a basket case. And then there was one occasion which is not suitable for blogging. Mostly due to being exhausted.
3. DO YOU LIKE YOUR HANDWRITING?
No. It’s not pretty. Better if I write with black ink rather than blue, for some strange reason, but still not pretty.
4. WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE LUNCH MEAT?
Smoked ham.
5. DO YOU HAVE KIDS?
Yes. I have a son who is 8 years old.
6. IF YOU WERE ANOTHER PERSON WOULD YOU BE FRIENDS WITH YOU?
Well, if I needed someone who is good at listening without prejudice and has an espresso maker I would.
7. DO YOU USE SARCASM A LOT?
Sometimes, but usually directed at people to whom I have no personal relationship. Like the Norwegian minister of culture. Irony I use a lot, and it is often directed at myself. Like my friend Jeff said, sarcasm is bitter irony. I am rarely bitter.
8. DO YOU STILL HAVE YOUR TONSILS?
Yes, I’ve never needed to loose them.
9. WOULD YOU BUNGEE JUMP?
When hell freezes over and if I get a lot of money. I am not made for physical craziness like that.
10. WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE CEREAL?
Don’t have one. Probably because I haven’t been drinking milk since I was 14.
11. DO YOU UNTIE YOUR SHOES WHEN YOU TAKE THEM OFF?
No, I believe I don’t. Since I usually have to untie them when I want to put them on.
12. DO YOU THINK YOU ARE STRONG?
Mentally, yes, physically I am good at carrying stuff up the stairs at least.
13. WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE ICE CREAM?
Mövenpick with strawberries. An absolute delight.
14. WHAT IS THE FIRST THING YOU NOTICE ABOUT PEOPLE?
Their eyes.

Red. Not pink. Never pink. Nope.
16. WHAT IS THE LEAST FAVOURITE THING ABOUT YOURSELF?
I sometimes loose my calm and act like a stubborn 14 year old. And I am not always patient. In fact, sometimes I am not patient at all.

My friends Jeff from the US (who sent me this thing) and Zé from Brasil. You guys should be closer!

Pin striped black trousers. Black high heeled shoes.

Fried fish, rice and salad for lunch in the office cantine.

Not a thing other than my fingers hitting the keys on my keyboard. Blessed silence!

Coffee, Brazilian cheese bread, Norwegian wild strawberries and a man with a hint of after shave.

A colleague who needed some input on Brazilian issues.

Yes, I really do. We’ve soon known each other for almost 10 years, Jeff and I, and although we have the Atlantic between us, I consider him one of my best friends. And he is my sons Godfather.
26. FAVOURITE SPORTS TO WATCH?
Speed skating.
27. HAIR COLOUR?
Brown. What it really is, I don’t know, since it has not seen the light of day for at least 20 years. But it is definately turning grey :o/
28. EYE COLOUR?
1 1/2 green, 1/2 blue.
29. DO YOU WEAR CONTACTS?
I do some times, but mostly for leisure. My eyes get too dry to use them regularly, espacially in the office.
30. FAVOURITE FOOD?
Sushi.
31. SCARY MOVIES OR HAPPY ENDINGS?
Happy endings.
32. LAST MOVIE YOU WATCHED?
In a movie theatre? “Mr. Brooks” with Kevin Costner as a psychopathic serial killer.

A white open shirt, with a black top underneath.

Is the Pope catholic? Summer! I do not like winter, other than for the fact that I might write some melancholic poems.

With a man I really like, and if I had to choose; kisses. But both is better. With the rest of the world I settle for hugs.

Creme brulee.

I don’t know. Someone in need of a tagging from lack of inspiration.

My two cats purring. It is calming like nothing else.

Like Jeff, I say neither. The Doors. Or Peter Gabriel. But if I had to choose, Rolling Stones.

To the south of Brazil.

I write well. And have a strange (and mostly useless) ability to remember and see patterns in numbers.
